Problem solving is an important part of training. In this class we will address a variety of common training challenges using reward-based training and behavior modification. In this four-week class you will take your training to the next level using the foundation skills you've learned in our Level 1 class. We will focus on overexcitement, impulsive behavior, jumping up on people, counter surfing and pulling on the leash. Class size is limited to 6 students to allow for individual attention. Charm School is open to K9 Home Schooling Students who have completed training with us, we do not allow transfer students from other programs into this class. Dogs with a history of aggression or reactive behavior towards humans or dogs are not appropriate for group class.
Once registered for class, students will also complete the intake process through the K9HomeSchooling.com website. Participants must watch the required orientation video prior to the first class, which will be sent to your registration email. In addition to class materials, all K9 Home Schooling Students have access to Michelle’s on-line library of training videos (110+) to support your training outside of class for 90 days after the start of their class.
